I am a Pampered Chef consultant, and I may know which one you are looking for. I found this one that has the requested ingredients. Is that right? Hope this helps!

I do not know anything about a pampered chef recipe. However i saw a similar recipe on food network: one 15 oz can drained and rinsed black beans, one 10 oz pqk frozen corn, 1/2 chopped red bell pepper, 1/2 chopped red onion, the juice of two lemons, or about 1/4 cup, a dash of olive oil, one and a half teaspoons of cumin, a dash of hot sauce, and salt and pepper. This recipe can be varied in several ways: I like more onion, i also added one chopped tomatillo for more bite to the flavor. For other options look up ';recipes'; and Mexicali salad or black bean salad.
Hi, if you can give me some more info (you can email me through my profile) I would be willing to look to see what I can find. I just need more then kidney beans and corn as a reference.
