What's your favorite pampered chef recipe?

This one is my favorite because it's so darn easy!

It really is good. It steams in it's own juices and seasonings. I'm talking fall off the bone tender. I was skeptical at first, but this is now a staple around our house.

30 Minute Roasted Chicken

1 5-6 pound whole chicken, FULLY THAWED, and cleaned

Seasonings of your choice. **Suggestions at the end.

1 can of green beans or other vegetable

2 cans of small white potatoes or other vegetable

Place chicken in the Deep Covered Baker.

Rub seasoning all over the outside and inside of the chicken.

Drain vegetables and place around the chicken.

Place cover on baker.

Microwave on high for 30 minutes.

Check the internal temperature of the chicken. Some microwave ovens are not as strong as others and you want to make sure it is fully cooked.

Seasonings I like:

Lemon pepper seasoning

Rosemary and citrus rub from Pampered Chef

Bell Pepper and Herb rub

You can even use the injector kinds too.

Barbecue rub with sliced red/orange bell peppers, pineapple chunk, and fresh sliced mushroomsWhat's your favorite pampered chef recipe?
